To ensure compliance with local standards and regulations, our main design work normally takes place in the country of destination. To guarantee cost-efficiency, mechanical engineering planning is done in the country of manufacture, but always in keeping with our own quality system.
Our key expertise lies in project management and we always tailor our services to customer needs. For example, we can provide only the mechanical engineering drawings and manufacturing of the structures.

Our Chinese factory holds EN 1090-1 and EN 1090-2 production quality certificates. All steel structures we import to Europe bear the CE marking, which proves that cost-efficiency does not mean compromising on quality. To save you time and money at the worksite, we assemble as much of each structure as possible at the factory. In Finland and Sweden, we also provide installation services for walkaway systems. In international deliveries, our terms of delivery are typically FOB or DAP.
We use Tekla Structures 3D modelling in our design activities. Project management is handled by our employees in Finland, while the practical supervision of work in China is performed by our local engineers. In every case, mechanical engineering drawings and welding plans are approved in Finland before the actual work begins, and quality control is based on project- and customer-specific plans. We report on the progress of work stage by stage, typically on a weekly basis. Furthermore, we produce statutory reports, such as the declarations of performance (DoP), on each project.

It is true that sea transport from China to some European area takes around five weeks. However, our large design and production capacity enables us to compensate for the lost time at the production stage.
Furthermore, we have fine-tuned our packaging concept so, that although we assemble some of the structures at the factory, we are still able to pack them tightly for transport. We also load the items onto the container in such a manner that they are easy and quick to unload at the worksite.
